There are 60 places available for new entrants into the Reception classes each year.
Class numbers in Reception and Key Stage 1 classes are not permitted to exceed 30 children.

Visits to the School are encouraged; please arrange a convenient time with our admissions secretary. Open days are held during November of each year.  Admissions to the school for children entering the Reception classes are administered by the Local Authority through the Common Application Form submitted by parents in January 2013. Further information on the arrangements for entry to primary school for all year groups can be found on www.kent.gov.uk

Parents who have applied for a place in our Reception classes for September 2013 will be informed by the Local Authority of their decision at the end of March 2013. To confirm your childs place you will be required to provide evidence of the child’'s date of birth (birth certificate) and proof of current address (eg. utility bill from within the last three months or council tax bill). Information on how to accept the offered place, or appeal if your child is not allocated a place, is included with the notification letter.

If you have recently moved to the area or are planning to do so, and you would like your child to transfer from their current school, you should initially contact the school to establish if we have a vacancy in your child's year group.
